As the human body responds the best when the muscles are fresh, our warm up has a high level of importance in our total teaching plan and daily program. During this period of our work, students learn to move body parts separately and not as one body mass. The students become familiar with footwork patterns, stroke movements and learn the sensation of balance, agility and dynamic. Our motto is: "If you don't get there you cannot hit the ball and if you get there you have to be in a position to hit a perfect stroke!" The right warm up makes it possible.
